I. PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Dates: The 33rd MWIA International Congress will be held from 12-14 October 2025.
Venue: Hilton Grand Nile Hotel Directly overlooking the Nile River, the hotel is in the center of Cairo. Countless historic and cultural attractions are within a short drive, including The Egyptian Museum and Cairo Opera House, just two kilometers away.
Language: English will be the working language of The 33rd MWIA International Congress
Accommodation: There are 3 Official Hotels for the Participants to book in. Hilton Grand Nile Hotel which is the Congress venue, The Cleopatra Hotel and Cosmopolitan Hotel 20 minutes away by Taxi to conference venue. II. REGISTRATION
Registration: Early Bird registration ends on 30th of June 2025. Please register to enjoy the early bird registration fees
III. VISAS
Participants of MWIA congress are advised to verify which entry visa they need for Egypt.
Many countries can have visa on arrival. other countries can apply for e -visa. Other countries are required to apply physically at the Egyptian Consulate in their countries.
Issuing of Visa Support Letters
For participants of countries that need visa to Egypt. Please note that you will receive an invitation letter and an official visa support letter to the Ambassador of Egypt in Your Country once you register for the congress. These official letters will serve for facilitation of your visa application. III. MEALS
Lunches and Coffee Breaks during the congress Days will be organized for all registered participants on the 12-13-14 of October 2025 at the Hilton Grand Nile Hotel.
A Nile Cruise Dinner will be organized as an optional tour by the Travel Agency. It includes Dinner, Folkloric Shows, Music and Entertainment.
IV. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Meet and assist at the airport and transfer to the hotel from Airport
There are special Meet and Assist arranged by the Travel Agency. This include meeting you at the airport before Passport control helping you through immigration, and through bags collection and then transfer to the booked hotel. The best time of year to visit Cairo is from October to April. During these months the city experiences its most mild and pleasant temperatures.

Currency Exchange
The currency used in Egypt is the Egyptian Pound. The commercial exchange rate is subject to change daily. Major international debit/credit cards including Visa and MasterCard are accepted in hotels in Egypt and in major department stores and restaurants.

The electrical current in Egypt is 220 volts, 50 cycles alternating current (AC); electrical outlets take Continental-type plugs, with two round prongs.
